Emerald
Emerald is a dark to light green variety of the silicate mineral beryl. Inclusions in emeralds are normal and are called jardin. Unlike diamonds, inclusions do not reduce the price if they do not appear disturbing. They rather serve as a criterion to distinguish them from synthetic stones.
