General Terms and Conditions of Business
Information for consumers on distance selling contracts
and customer information on electronic commerce contracts
§ 1 Scope
For all business relations between us and the purchaser the following General Terms and Conditions of Business in the version current on the date of the order shall apply to orders through the Internet shop.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
The display of our products in our Internet presence constitutes solely an invitation to the customer to issue an offer to enter into a contract.
By sending an order the customer makes an offer within the meaning of § 145 German Civil Code. The customer shall receive a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail.
The contract comes into being with us, when we accept the customer's offer within 2 working days of the despatch of the order in written or textual form. The date of receipt by the customer of the declaration of acceptance is definitive in this respect.
A working day is every calendar day, which is not a Sunday or a statutory Federal German public holiday.
§ 3 Delivery, shipping costs, transfer of risk
Delivery is made at the shipping costs shown in each individual case. If the customer is a consumer, we bear the shipping risk in every case irrespective of the shipping type. If the customer is a merchant, all shipping risks and hazards pass to the customer, as soon as the goods have been surrendered by us to the authorised logistics partner.
§ 4 Retention of title
Once delivered, the goods remain our property until payment in full of the purchase price.
§ 5 Payments
Only the types of payment advertised at any given time shall be accepted from the customer in the course of the ordering process.
§ 6 Liability for defects
The statutory provisions on liability for defects shall apply.
§ 7 Information for consumers on distance selling contracts and customer information on electronic commerce contracts
a) We are not subject to specific codes of conduct, unless they have been mentioned in the foregoing.
b) You can identify any input errors made in issuing your order in the final confirmation prior to sending your contractual declaration and correct them by means of the delete and modify functions prior to sending your order.
c) Please find the material properties of the goods offered by us and the term of validity of any limited-term offers in the specifications of the individual products within our Internet offer.
d) The language to be used for concluding the contract shall be German.
e) You may assert complaints and claims for defects at the address given in the provider identification.
f) We do not save the text of the contract and therefore we are unable to give you as our customer access to it.
g) Please find information on payment, delivery or completion in the offer.
§ 8 Miscellaneous
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the respective General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply to the contractual relationship between us and the customer. If the customer is a consumer, the statutory regulations and rights, which apply to consumer protection under the law of the State in which the consumer customarily resides and from which no deviation is possible, shall remain unaffected by this agreement. Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days with effect from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation you must notify us,

in an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached specimen revocation declaration form, but you do not have to do so.
To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to despatch the notification of your exercise of the right of revocation prior to the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to refund to you all payments, which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs, which arise from the fact that you have selected a form of delivery other than the standard, most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us) promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We refund your payment by the same payment method, which you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no circumstances shall you be charged any fee by virtue of this refund or payment. We may refuse to refund payment until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have despatched the goods, depending on which is the earlier date. You must return or surrender the goods to us promptly and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the date, on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. You comply with the deadline, if you despatch the goods prior to the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You are required to pay the cost of any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to handling the goods in an unnecessary manner to inspect their properties and condition, characteristics and modes of operation.
