How do I return an item?

You can easily and conveniently return the ordered goods to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving the parcel. The prerequisite for this is that the order value is at least €50.00 and you use our return label. We explain how you can create this label here.

Request a return label :

Please contact us in advance by e-mail at: ariana-lapis@ariana-lapis.de or via the "Contact" form.

- Please be sure to give us your name, telephone number (for queries) and invoice number

- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return

We will then send you the return slip by e-mail.

(Please remember that used goods cannot be returned).

Return parcel :

    Print out the returns label.

    Place the cancellation form in the parcel with your items.

    Stick the return label on the sealed parcel of your return. Please make sure that the return label is removed or taped over.

    Hand in your return parcel at the nearest post office or parcel shop.

When will I receive the refund?

After we have received your return.

We will arrange the refund immediately and you will receive your money back within 14 days according to your chosen payment method. If necessary, you will be asked to provide us with your bank details.
